Pavilions…
from Solid Wood Beams
Timber frame pavilions are an instant backyard classic and are the perfect structure for anywhere people gather to socialize or relax such as churches, parks, campsites, and of course, residential backyards. With a great list of choices for design, these picturesque pavilions transform areas into incredible spaces for grilling areas, picnic coverings, car protection, boat storage, outdoor seating, general shelter, and much more!
The beautiful timbers used in your pavilion are locally sourced from carefully managed forests, including some from the Great Smoky Mountains. The white pines are a timeless American treasure, used to build countless cabins and barns of early settlers, and still loved by the region’s residents today.

Pavilion Pricing
Prices for the pavilions include on-site construction of the units, 50 miles from any of our dealer locations.
For those not familiar with construction terms, you may wonder what “standing seams” are. Standing seam metal panels feature concealed fasteners that are good for aesthetics and durability. First, you get a cleaner look without the screw heads popping up down the seams. Second, since the fasteners are entirely concealed, there is no risk of leaks as the hardware begins to break down
Pavilion Site Prep
All timber pavilions require a level concrete pad or concrete piers before installation.
Concrete Pads
Ensure that your poured pad has dried completely and is a minimum of 12” greater than the size of your Pavilion
Concrete Piers/Footer for Each Structural Beam
Must have one of the two options prepared prior to install:
18” Sonatube or larger (a minimum of 16” deep)
